Million Dollar Hole In One Shootout
WHAT IS IT? The Million Dollar Hole In One Shootout is simply a "hole in one" contest that is conducted at a driving range over a period of several days (most often Thursday through Sunday). A special Target Green is created on the range at a distance of approximately 125 yards, and a (6) six foot diameter circle is painted with golf course marking paint around the target flag.
The event consists of three phases: 1. Qualifying: Golfers pay $1.00 per ball (special multiple ball prices) over the established period (usually four days)as they attempt to hit one ball into the six foot circle. Each and every time a golfer plays a shot into the circle, they earn a another shot in the second round of action, the Semi-Finals. Golfers are awarded one shot in the Semi-Finals for EACH SHOT THEY HIT INTO THE CIRCLE. we've seen golfers get up to 20 shots in the Semi-Finals. Up to 18 golfers may compete at any one time, as each tee position/station on the range is identified by a UNIQUE GOLF BALL COLOR for player identification. A typical shootout should generate between 120-150 Semi-Final qualifiers.
Golfers with multiple Semi-Finals shots will have their "best shot" or "closest shot" recorded. (25) twenty-Five individual golfers (number may vary dependent upon tournament set-up) advance to the MILLION DOLLAR FINALS. 3. Million Dollar Finals: This is where it becomes "Golf's Most Exciting Amateur Event"! Each finalist is introduced to the crowd and asked to play one shot to the Finals-Green from a distance of just 150 yards for men and 135 yards for ladies. The Finals-Green features a total of (19) nineteen holes/flags; One flag is valued at $1,000,000 for a hole in one, and (18) eighteen additional holes/flags feature prizes up to $10,000 (or more).
The hole in one prizes are paid for EACH AND EVERY HOLE IN ONE scored in the finals. MULTIPLE ACES = MULTIPLE PAYOUTS.

How does the Charity or Business Earn Money? With years of experience supporting charity projects, the fundraiser is virtually turn-key. Our events are specially designed to allow your business or charity group to focus on SELL and PROMOTE, and for us to MANAGE and ENTERTAIN. We can recommend a variety of ways to promote and monetize the event. Heres is one example: Tee Sponsorships are usually pre-sold by the charity at $1500 apiece X 18. Shot tickets can be presold - $20 tickets X 500; $10 tickets X 1000 or $5 tickets X 2000 and we usually expect $15,000 plus in ball sales during a full four day event. You can do your own math - charity nets range from $8000 - $37,000 for first events. Your charity determines pricing and level of marketing it can handle.
